Using the site
- You may browse, search and upvote products for your own, non-automated use.
- Don't use scripts, bots or multiple identities to vote, scrape the site at volume, or interfere with how it works.
- We may remove votes, listings or access that break these rules.
Submitting a product
- You must own the product or be authorised to list it.
- Everything you submit must be accurate and must not infringe anyone's rights, including trademarks and copyright.
- Revenue figures you share are your own statement. Only share numbers you believe are true.
- You give TopSaaS permission to display the product's name, logo, description and the details you submit on the site and in links to it.
- We decide whether to approve, edit for clarity, or remove a listing.
Information on the site
Listings, descriptions and revenue figures are provided for general information. They are not reviews, endorsements, or financial advice, and we don't guarantee they are complete or current. Product names and logos belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
We link to the websites of listed products. We aren't responsible for their content, products or practices.
Liability
TopSaaS is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on information in it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
